During your 90-minute initial consultation, I will conduct a thorough assessment of your health history, delving into the underlying drivers and causes of your health concerns. We will explore your symptoms, various body systems, medical and family history, as well as your lifestyle and nutrition. If you have any recent pathology (blood) tests, we can review those prior to our appointment. Based on your unique health presentation, I may prescribe herbal and/or nutritional supplementation, along with dietary guidance and lifestyle therapies tailored to your specific needs.
